2 : How do you communicate?
  • There’s no bad time for your real estate questions
  • No question is a bad one or too difficult
  • We return messages the same day. Really!
  • We strive to educate our clients so they have the tools to make informed decisions, moreso than emotional ones
  • We don’t take short cuts when preparing contract documents. Every “I” is dotted and every “t” is crossed.  Ambiguity isn’t tolerated.
3 : What is your experience and training?
  • Licensed for over 24 years (we’re certainly not “newbies”)
  • Involved in real estate deals for 45 years (through good and bad times)
  • Wharton graduate (learning how to compete with very intense, talented folks)
  • Broker licenses in Georgia and Florida
  • Negotiating skills learned and honed in the rock concert industry ( = learned to swim with the sharks)
